We had a great stay at this hotel! The best aspects were the room size and furnishings, clean bathroom, delicious buffet breakfast with an outdoor egg station, and friendly and polite staff. The hotel also has a great location next to a mall and a rooftop pool with a nice view of the city.

The hotel location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast which offered a variety of local dishes. Another great aspect was the friendly staff who were always willing to help with any request.

The rooms lacked proper lighting, making it feel dark and uninviting. I also noticed that housekeeping was slow to respond to requests.

Great staff and delicious breakfast! the team was really friendly and helpful during our stay. We enjoyed the tasty and varied buffet breakfast every morning. the hotel is situated near lots of attractions and restaurants. We loved that we could easily walk to different places and explore the city. Oh, and we also couldn't get enough of the beautiful rooftop pool with a stunning view of the city!

Limited parking options and dim lighting in the room. Unfortunately, parking was a bit problematic as the hotel had limited indoor parking places, and the outdoor parking was not under the hotel's direct control.

The hotel's location is ideal, surrounded by outlets, restaurants, and a supermarket. the spacious modern rooms have comfy beds and pillows. the rooftop bar and pool offer a great view of the city to enjoy at night.

Some guests have mentioned that the towels were not up to standard and appeared unclean.

Positive aspects - The hotel interior is classy and beautiful, with a comfortable bed and superb mountainous view. The location is convenient, away from traffic jams, and near popular shops. The staff at the reception, especially Mr. Daniel and Miss Pita, are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The pool, rooftop restaurant, and food are excellent, with friendly and cooperative staff.

Negative aspect - Nothing for me.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, right next to a great factory outlet and close to the Lembang area. We loved being able to shop and explore the city easily. The staff here were amazing, so professional and helpful throughout our 5-day stay. They arranged transportation for us and were always ready to assist. The breakfasts were delicious and the restaurant on the 11th floor had a diverse menu with beautifully presented meals. The swimming pool on the rooftop was stunning, offering breathtaking views of the city at night. We couldn't have asked for more!
